Office Hours
We see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
We are closed on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends unless a special appointment has been made in advance.
We do make exceptions for emergencies in some cases if you are a current patient.
Emergencies
If you are a new patient — or an existing patient with a serious infection, bleeding, or fracture emergency — and we do not answer within a few minutes or right away, go to the ER by ambulance or the quickest available transport.
Scheduling & Paperwork
We do not offer automatic online self-scheduling. You may request a visit by email or through this contact page, but you are not scheduled until your appointment has been confirmed in advance by a staff member or Dr. Spalding in our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
If we communicate in advance by email and you receive a reply right away, we may be able to give you some direction or have time available to see you, depending on the situation.
If you have downloaded paperwork from our portal, please fill it out and fax it to 423-886-1142, email it to our office, or drop it off at our office in advance to speed up your visit time.
