Office Hours & Scheduling
When We See Patients
We see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
We are closed on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends unless a special appointment has been made in advance.
We do make exceptions for emergencies in some cases if you are a current patient.
Emergencies
If you are a new patient — or an existing patient with a serious infection, bleeding, or fracture emergency — and we do not answer within a few minutes or right away, go to the ER by ambulance or the quickest available transport.
How Scheduling Works
We do not offer automatic online self-scheduling. You may request a visit by email or through our contact page, but you are not scheduled until your appointment has been confirmed in advance by a staff member or Dr. Spalding in our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
If we communicate in advance by email and you receive a reply right away, we may be able to give you some direction or have time available to see you, depending on the situation.
